And I saved this for last because it's the prettiest!!! :) Sorry, Marc, you look very HANDSOME (not pretty), but the scenery is just so summery & pretty!!! :)

Yeah.....kinda anti-climatic, isn't it?? I still can't believe that's really it. I was expecting a big boulder or something that LOOKS like it could stop a boat carrying a bunch of pilgrims!!! Oh well, it is the original ROCK, so I guess it's still kinda cool.

He says he's reading the hymn book, but I think he's really taking advantage of an opportunity to read more of Harry Potter #7 - I gave it to him right before they left - right after I finished it!!

Let's just say, "One if by land, two if by sea."

The ball games didn't start until 4pm, so they maximized their time by seeing many of the historical sites in the Boston area. This is Marc in front of the USS Constitution......very cool.

THIS was the real purpose of their 3 day trip. The flew into Springfield, MA but drove to Hyannis for a few days/nights of Cape Cod Baseball. This is a summer league for college ball players. It's been around for a LONG time, and as Norm said, it's like baseball the "old-fashioned" way......small town park, free admittance, & GREAT talent!!

Norm said my last posting was lame & reminded me that I never posted pictures from his & Marc's trip to Boston last August. So.....as we await a winter storm (that'll probably never come), I'm posting these beautiful, educational, SUMMER pictures from a great father/son trip. This is Marc at the Basketball Hame of Fame in Springfield, MA.

Okay, girls. That's about the best I can do right now. All we do
these days is school, work, & basketball. I need to get some pictures of Joey playing basketball - THAT'S fun to watch! Maybe in a couple of weeks when he has another game.

 

The video below is from last month when Lindsay was learning to walk. She walked all over the place that night, determined to WALK no matter how many times she fell. I love hearing Charlie say, "Walk to me, walk to me!"

Sorry, the lighting is not real good here, but I keep looking at this picture & it's still just so CUTE!!! We may take lots of pictures of "Girl", but you can't say you aren't loved Mr. Marc!!!! :)

 

They got a little loud, but OH MY did they ever have FUN just crawling & chasing each other back & forth on the bleachers. This is the only face shot I got of both of them because they were so fast, I couldn't get one that wasn't (guess what) BLURRY!!!!

 

Okay, that was fun, but now it's time to play with Lindsay!!!

And, I'm sorry, Marc, but this was too cute not to photograph. It was totally unsolicited. Charlie just wanted to sit on Andrew's lap. So sweet. And Joey was pretty cute with his Santa hat on too!
