THE BOYZ IN THE SNOW

 

And this is what I get when I ask for a group shot.....ahhhhh, boys.....:)

 

At least the dog sticks up for me. Needless to say, she was having a BLAST out there!!

 

Marc & Joey were engaged in a serious snowball fight when I went out. As soon as they saw me standing on the porch, the snow started coming at ME!!

 

This is Marc, my oldest. I never post any pictures of him on my blog, so I wanted to be sure everyone knew who he was........:)

 

SNOW!!!! It was snowing all day until about 30 minutes ago & the boys have worked hard to earn some free time outside. It's nice to see them having so much fun together.

 

Too bad we didn't get Charlie in this picture. He wanted to ride w/Mom to take boys to basketball practice & was probably sound asleep in the car when they took this picture. Oh well, it's awfully cute of the 3 of them. Jonathan is 2 & Leeyanna is just 5 months. It was so much fun to meet them & get to know them a little!!! Thanks for traveling so far to spend Thanksgiving with us.

Hey Marc! I found another GIRL to take pictures of!!! :) This is Lindsay's sweet cousin, Leeyanna.

 

Andrew heading out for his first "official" hunting trip. I should have had him hold up his "apprentice" hunting license, but it was already packed away for safe keeping. He was very excited & had a great time, even though they didn't get a kill (that's the right hunting lingo, right -- a "kill"??)

I Just Got My Ears Pierced!!!!

 

 

Awwww.....a nice picture of my Marc. This was in the Activity Center which was where the boys hung out when they weren't in the pool or at the beach. We literally didn't see them unless we went to one of those 3 places. One day I had to send lunch down w/Norm so they wouldn't skip a meal AGAIN!

 

Joey made a good friend this week & was sad to see her leave this morning. They were like 2 peas in a pod. They swam, flew kites on the beach, ate LOTS of ice cream, & did LOTS of crafts together. Charlie just discovered yesterday that her little sister was about his age. Oh my goodness, these little girls are adorable - aren't they??? They have a VERY nice family & it was fun to meet some new friends.

 

Hmmmmmm......love this picture. What a beach bum you are, my Andrew.

 

I'll confess now that I didn't get nearly enough pictures of Marc on this vacation because --- now that he's 12, he's able to swim on his own and basically come & go as he pleased. He was very good about helping w/the little guys when needed, but he got his own key at both resorts & enjoyed his new "freedom". Unfortunately for me, I didn't always have my camera when he was hangin' out w/me. ANYWAY, this was one evening when we played tennis w/Joey, Charlie, & Barry (the activities guy). Marc was hilarious because everytime the ball would come long at him, he'd put both hands on the racket & get in baseball stance like he was gettin' ready to hit a home run. We laughed & laughed ...... & we love you Marc!!! :)

Charlie liked this pool a little bit too. :)

 

Do I even need to say that Lindsay loved the pool or is it written all over her face here? As soon as we discovered that she could walk around in the 1 ft baby pool in this ring, she became a whole new water creature! :) She would literally hang out in this until she practically fell asleep & we'd go up for a quick lunch & LOOOOONG, afternoon nap.
