Marc has been such a great help to me this week during Vacation Bible School. He helped me decorate last Sunday, has carried many baskets full of supplies, and every day wanted to pick Charlie up from the nursery for me at the end of the morning. Yesterday, they brought Charlie over to the gym for me & he got to watch the puppet show with the big kids. I just couldn't resist the picture.......they looked SOOOOO sweet!!

This was Tabby, the other snake. I couldn't believe how unafraid the kids were. They really were just fascinated that it was REAL!!! Misty, did you notice your little boy hiding behind Joey & Nathan???

Look what visited our "Jungle Adventure" in Vacation Bible School yesterday! Yes, it's a REAL LIVE python. And Joey doesn't look the least bit scared, does he? I was standing further away than it looks ---- thank goodness for zoom lens!!! :)

Charlie LOVES his big brother, Marc....especially when he takes him on shoulder rides!!! :)

Look what Charlie can do now!!!! :) I have to admit, I was a little sad to see this, but he was SOOOO cute. I went out on the deck (right outside the window) and waved to him. He just squealed & squealed like he was so excited to be a BIG boy!

At Marc's request, a nice photo of him & his 2 friends, Matt & Josiah. Happy 10th Birthday Marc!!!!

What a beautiful landscape!!!!!.......uh....I mean, look at the silly boys. They were getting very giddy about going to see the new Star Wars movie! .......But the landscape looks nice too, doesn't it??? :)

And finally, our most recent event.....Marc's 10th birthday. Did I really say 10????? I can't believe it!!!! :(

Marc's class getting ready to play Cat & Mouse with the parachute.....Joey LOVES the big waves they make!!!

Field Day at school -- yeah!!!! We went for the afternoon & had a great time watching Marc & Andrew's classes play games. They're so good about letting Joey get in on the action. I'm sure Andrew's class appreciated all the help they could get in the tug of war --- see Joey in front of Andrew at the end of the rope???

Adam has just discovered the tractor & isn't quite sure what he thinks about it yet. He was REALLY fascinated when it was far away, but he wasn't so sure when Rusty took him closer. Elizabeth, on the other hand, just sees that camera & says "CHEESE!!!!"

After the tournament, we had the Russell families over for dinner & of course, BASEBALL!!!! Missing in the picture (but present in the game) was Mom (me) & Uncle Jason who was regularly sent running after balls over in the apple trees section of the yard. I think we all got our exercise that night....but it was LOTS of fun. Many thanks to Lianne for cleaning up the dishes while we played & Olivia for looking after the little ones & taking pictures!!!

In between games at the Memorial Day weekend tournament in Dublin. Marc should have been resting, but this was too cute to fuss at.

This is Joey on 1st base -- you can't see the big grin on his face because of the fence, but he was grinnin' ear to ear!!!

This was at one of Joey's Tball games. Marc & Andrew were playing with some of Marc's teammates who were at the park that night. I told them before they went out to play that they had to cheer for Joey when he hit the ball. They looked SOOOO big compared to the little Tballers. When Joey hit, they all yelled, "Go Joey!!! Good job Joey!!! Run Joey!!!!" all the way to first base. He was looking over at them the whole way to first base w/the biggest grin on his face, like "I've got a fan club & they're so cool!!!" It was the cutest thing!!! :)

My mom took this picture Sunday right after church & a nice nap for Charlie. I think that's why he was SO happy!!!! :)

Two more of the handsome men in my life --- just wish I could see them more! For those who don't know, this is my brother, Jonathan & his son, Will. Hope you guys don't mind being on my blog!!! :)
